Role at GPS: Mainak co-founded GPS. Currently he is responsible for commercialization, with focus on newer business models and internationalization. Other details: MIT Technology Review has named Mainak as one of the top innovators under the age of 35 (MIT TR35). He has also been selected as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, and an INK Fellow. Prior to starting up, Mainak had worked as a product engineer and architect at other tech startups in Bangalore.

Role at GPS: Sreekrishna co-founded GPS. Currently he oversees operations and technology, along with GPS’ CTO and Head of Engineering. Other details: Prior to starting up, Sreekirshna was a consultant with Oliver Wyman. Previously, he had worked at IBM Software Labs. He was also an integral part of the founding FSF (Free Software Foundation) India team as a part of which he was involved with a lot of path breaking technology-for-good organizations, such as SPACE (Society for Promotion of Alternate Computing & Employment) and Insight (ICT for differently abled).
Dr. Pradeep Suryawanshi

Dr Pradeep is one of India’s leading microbiologists in the biogas space with over 10+ years of experience. He has already discovered 2 new methanogenic strains which have the potential to increase the robustness and feedstock agnostic-ness of biogas plants. He has also discovered a new methanogenic species, which when validated would be the only 2nd such species to have been discovered in India. So far only 146 such species have been discovered across the world since 1947.
V Subramanianis the CEO and Secretary General of the India Wind Energy Association, as well as the Secretary General of IREF (Indian Renewable Energy Federation). An IAS officer of the 1971 batch, prior to this, he was the Principal Secretary of the MNRE (Ministry of New & Renewable Energy), Govt of India. He sits/has sat on the Board of organizations such as Air India, PTC (Power Trading Corporation), Suzlon, etc. Suzlon is the world’s fifth largest win turbine supplier with an annual turnover of over USD 3 billion.
Pratima Ram advises GPS on its financial strategy. She was previously the CEO of India Infoline, one of India’s largest financial services firm with a market capitalization of USD 0.9 billion. Prior to that, she was Group President, Finance, at Punj Llyod, at a time when its topline had peaked to USD 2.4 billion. She was also the country head of SBI (State Bank of India), USA and South Africa. She also sits on the Board of Suzlon.
